Weston-super-Mare Shanty festival – 6-8 August. This is a brand new event and with 60+ bands it’s going to be great. We have 4 slots: The Vaults on Friday; Raddy’s and The Stable Game Rooms on Saturday and the Brit Bar on Sunday. Come and say hello and sing along with us.
Brickworks Museum, Bursledon – the only steam powered brickworks in the UK – and it’s run entirely by a charity that we support. We’ll be at the Classic Car Show on 22 August. Classic cars and classic shanties – what could be better?
Falmouth International Shanty Festival. The whole town is taken over by shanty bands from all over the country as well as the rest of the world. A fabulous weekend. We were there in 2019, Click here to see how we got on. And we would have been there again in 2021 but like so many live events it had to be cancelled. Earmark the 10 – 12 June 2022. If you like shanties, you can’t fail to have an unforgettable time. See you there.
Warrior Beer Festival, Cancelled this year, but we hope to be back in July 2022. We’ll tour the decks and get you to sing with us while enjoying fabulous ales from the Staggeringly Good Brewery. Check out the details on our Sing with Us page.
